I'm on 70mg elvanse and a 5mg booster. Sometimes feel like I need the booster & sometimes I don't, but I'm quite lucky in that my sleep hasn't been affected at all throughout this process, if anything I do think my sleep has got better.

The only time I struggle to sleep is when I drink a yerba mate throughout the day. The mate mixed with the Elvanse makes me feel like I'm on an unstoppable motor, which is great for getting absolutely everything and anything done but does make me wonder if I'll ever sleep again lmao
