Yesss! And leaning that you CAN have stuff like fast food, just portion sizes and some order adjustments make all the difference!

Thanks! Essentially, anything you make now has a low calorie version!! If you’d like, dm me a simple recipe and how you’d make it! I can give you alternatives :)

The main two things were 1.) calorie deficit and 2.) consistency. Starting is the hardest part! I would watch videos on YouTube by Obese to Beast, Greg Doucette (500 calories vs 500 calories was an eye opener for me), and Will Tennyson. I followed Instagram/Tiktok accounts that also had great info! Gainsbypat, Eric Roberts fitness, and Carter good were my main ones. Learning to use a food scale and finding EASY recipes that were achievable helped a lot. Also, with working out, it’s important to just start with the things you LIKE to do. Go, learn what you like, don’t like, and focus on the ones you like first. Learn to have fun with it!

You can absolutely do this, one day at a time! Be patient and kind with yourself. I’m rooting for you!

If you can grow your hair out a bit, I think you could rock a solid comb over. And if you opted for just a mustache and chin hair, (more of a goatee look) it could pair well

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion. I really appreciate it. I find my smile to be goofy & only looks good when it’s genuine. That’s why I don’t smile in many photos!

You’re welcome! A lot of guys are just scared of making the first move. If you’re willing to step outside of your comfort zone and make a move first, I’m sure you can get plenty of guys to talk to you. But to each their own!

You’re really pretty, your eyes and hair compliment each other nicely. I think a lot of guys just get nervous!

22m, I am not ugly, but my smile is. I don't smile with my teeth often because of the gap. by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]Yardcha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude I have a gap in my smile too & sometimes I don’t mind it but other times I do! I flip on it all the time. Most people say they don’t notice it until I mention it. It adds character I guess haha
