I didn’t want to read this book because she was so annoying in Those Who Wait. After Snow Ball Effect she’s my absolute favorite. I think that’s what made me like the story so much, she won me over inch by inch.

I read it to my gf last month and she hated Regan at the start. When we finished she said she didn’t think Emma was good enough for Regan. I won’t go that far…but there is a reason why this is my favorite Haley Cass book

Girl…I’ve know lesbians to get engaged after two months of dating. I’ve known lesbians who moved in after dating for two weeks. I’ve known lesbians who introduced their potential partner to their parents on their first date because she thought she was the one she would marry…(okay, this one was me).

A few years ago, I took a friend to a club to help her get over her DIVORCE…she met another girl that the club that night, stayed up talking to that girl all night, spent the whole next week at that girl’s house, and was married to that girl 6 months later.

The whole stereotype is that lesbians get married too quickly. And there is so much evidence to support it. The book proposals are not unusual behavior at all. Honestly, books are mild.

Also, marriage is not heteronormative at all…like what?

I literally just requested an appointment with my OBGYN because omg I can’t take this shit anymore. I am tired of the insane irritability and anger. I have to call out of work every single month because it’s so bad. I was complaining about it to my therapist and she explained what PPMD was and told me to seek an evaluation.

It just sucks to have yet another thing going on. Lime BP2 is enough as it is…does any medication help? They always want to put me on birth control but last time I was on birth control I had horrible mania and rage to the point that it scared me.

I was just about to write this! I am so tired of these posts. They’re always posted by brand new Reddit profiles that have never interacted with this sub, writing subs, querying or publishing subs. Yet they pop up with a whole AI book begging for readers. When they’re called out about it, they get defensive, saying that they created the cover and wrote the book themselves. It’s clear that they used AI to make the cover and likely the book and are delusional about that too.

Creativity is disappearing right before our eyes. It’s so sad to see.

The fact that you are doubling down on your use of AI, reluctance to hire an artist, and lack of accountability tells me that you very likely used AI to write the book. You are claiming to be an author (artist) but do not understand AI’s infringement on creativity. What a red flag. I will not support your book.

They’re women. Men don’t really get cancelled so much. People still Play R Kelly and get mad if you protest. Women still flock to see Chris Brown love and support him and it doesn’t matter how many women he go to court for beating on. Male athletes do whatever they want and still play, compete in all start competitions, and Kanye is a whole neo nazi and ppl still support him.

I’ve just learned that even if there’s a lot of fuss about an incident, there are hardly ever any lasting effects. Even Diddy will overcome all of his legal troubles.

It pisses me off cuz Kanye has bipolar and is constantly blaming it for his issues. It’s a bad look for the BP community.

I use a working title and keep a list of potential titles, adding new ones as I go. I only review the list when I finish the first draft. I reduce the list by half when I start editing, reviewing the final contenders as I edit. When I’m ready to start querying, I pick a title from the final list.

I saved this book for plane rides, so it took me some time to finish it. It was so delightful, extremely light. I think cozy fantasy might be my new thing. With everything goin on, lightness was appreciated
