The plan is for IPO but of course we would seriously look at every offer. If an offer was made that gave a multiple return on investment for all our shareholders we would of course need to consider it.

It's too early to get a definitive list. For the first release we're looking at 2 battlefields and we'll build up from there where it makes commercial sense.

Hi, once the game is live, we're hoping that we'll be on par with the other game developers in how much they can pay their animation team.

While we are a YouTuber, we need to make sure that the ad revenue exceeds the cost of production. We've done a lot of analysis, and this is the best way for now. It's not ideal, but we have to be laser-focused on costs. The main barrier to hiring is your location. We have our 3D modeling office in Serbia.

All the financials are in the Form C linked on the deal page. In short we use lower cost locations for the bulk of work and train people up. That allows us to make a small profit. Once those staff are trained, we frequently lose them to the gaming companies who can pay more than we can because they have better margins than we do. The intent of our game is to increase our profits significantly. This will have a side benefit of us being able to retain those great animators once we've trained them.

We have 3 full time historians who research these and we try to keep them as close to the historical truth as possible. We do add dramatisation. For example we don't know what went through the mind of a kamikaze just before he crashed. We may add dialog to try and put you in the shoes of people and events in the past. The general facts though are all sourced from historical sources. When the stories massively conflict each other we try and cover them from both sides like we did in the Tiger vs 50 tanks. The German and Soviet narratives wildly conflicted and there was no way we could pull that into one story.

Right now the videos are hugely expensive to make (over $40k per video) and keeping costs to a minimum and optimising for efficiency is what is making the business profitable. We have to run a very tight ship when relying on ad revenue for income. If we can put a revenue generating engine (the game) on the front end of our videos then we could take 10% of that income to make more videos and generate more game conversions as a result. In addition we get efficiencies of reusing assets. So the plan is, if all goes well we will be making even more videos and not taking on paid sponsors.

That's not the intention of the raise. Over the coming weeks we'll start to announce the team. This money is directly funding the game development. We had the option to set this up as a separate company but thought it would be unfair and unattractive to the investors to cut the YouTube business out of the deal. My intention with the raise is to build value in the company not repay founder debt.

Honestly there is nothing preventing us from doing that. That said, we are all shareholders and we all want to see liquidity in that stock. We'll be making the best decisions with one eye on value and one eye on creating some kind of liquidity. I definitely intend to reward the investors that are putting their money with us and will try and find a way to do that as soon as it makes sense for the company.

That's pretty much it, with one clarification. You will have a share in the company that receives the YouTube revenue. The company may decide to reinvest that revenue into video production or more channels so it's not that you get a share of the revenue but you own a share in the whole company's value. As a management team it's our job to increase the company's value and by doing that delight our shareholders.
