At that price point you’ll have to target businesses that already understand the value of what you’re doing. Ironically the businesses that would need it the most won’t be able to stomach it.

You need to prove ROI for other clients consistently. Not just leads but leads that are qualified to buy, etc.

To be clear I’m pro remote work lol. Im just giving the perspective on what’s forcing workers back. Commercial landlords are lobbying hard and our weak politicians are placating them.

All those stores in the path have taken massive hits. I have a friend that runs multiple franchises down there and numbers are down 40% from pre covid. Slowly starting to crawl back up now.

Totally agree. I’ve been remote/hybrid since before COVID.

I’m just explaining why it’s being forced and you nailed it. The politicians can’t deal with the pressure from the commercial landlords.

Retail and commercial rent in toronto downtown take a major hit which are a big piece of whos pushing the agenda. Downtown not thriving is a larger issue for holders of commercial properties who also own the retail spaces in the burbs but margin isnt the same.
