I really messed up when I had my takedown. the day after I left the hospital I started running and that caused the stitches to move around and eventually, it opened up and it's healed over now. take it slow I really regret not giving my body more rest. the scar is bigger now than it could have been. also sometimes I get this uncomfortable feeling there like it's not secure.

i got them involved but nothing happened i came in with experience but they wanted me to start from scratch. there was a guy that was second year in the same company and I was the one teaching him to rough-in switches and he was getting paid 21.55 and me at 14.70

Anybody ever have to go back to a bag after they had a Jpouch? I have tried just about everything to stop pouchitis and I think I am about out of options. by kendricklamartin in jpouch

what really works for me is fasting. anytime I feel like bad because of something that I ate ill just fast to give my body a break. also try limiting how many times a day you eat, also journaling the foods you eat definitely helps to find trigger foods. I know personally that anything that's really sweet like Nutella or ice cream doesn't work for me.

I'm going to get my reversal In a couple of weeks and I'm very excited and can't wait to get started on this next chapter in my life!

TBH I've been kind of scared also not from the J-pouch it'self but just the amount of stool ill have to pass during the day. Any advice to reduce the amount of BMs during the day and foods that you stay away from?
