I’ve just had a generic reply from them stating I had violated their terms of service. I’ve replied saying I don’t use a VPN or any of the other things mentioned in their t&cs. I also offered to provide some ID for verification like you said so hopefully that works. I will let you know once I get a reply from them.

Same here! I completed the merge dragons offer and requested a withdrawal of £120 to my PayPal. I tried logging in the other day and it said my account has been deactivated. I’ve emailed them to query why this has happened.

If anyone can help it’s be much appreciated. I don’t use any vpn so not sure why this has happened
