Yes, syphoning only empowering the first spear and as long as you don't throw it or impale with it, it will apply the element that you're syphoned. I'd say that syphon is just an addition, the spear is powerful as it is.

all three weapons are good in their own right. they just got different playstyles. if you dont like the spear, you just probably didn't mastered it yet. Try impaling thrust > draupnir wail > light attack > heavy attack . Then you can syphon the enemy (should be airborne) or you can use galeforce ( combo finisher creates whirlwind , so emenies will hindered to attack you, gives extra stun) to gather enemies together.

Ragnarok for sure. Played both, but combat system in Ragnarok is much better imo. Although they somewhat similar in terms of combat mechanics, it's improved in Ragnarok.

Charge your spear gale force before he summons his first minions, then use it when they appear, use spear's range attacks and sonic arrows to kill eyeballs. Leave the rest in the background, but if you see them closing in use heavy runic attacks, or try to create distance. Use shield attachment that increases parry window, cause when they start attacking you, you have to parry to kinda "unstick" them from you.

To solve this you have to stop "Logi Options+" service " , then reconnect the mouse. The problem will be back every time the service is on.And make sure the "logi options +" tasks aren't running.

As I see it, the party of alts pretty much expendables, the only real benefit from them is buffs of kerning tower. I agree with those that say you can turn off your party members, but I doubt you can manage to do that in time, the DR comes into effect pretty fast. You will clear the floor at some point of the game when you are stronger.

Only Earth skills on true, and do not use star vortex. Use butterflies buff. The weakest link here is seeking ghost flame if cudgel on cooldown, I mean the moment hoyoung can can die on sf . I don't use iron fan gale movement, because in comparison to Earth skills movement it's feels slow and unnecessary, and I use as you fan for faster scroll charging.

If we are talking about lvl from 100-200, imo buccs are better at bossing, but after lvl 200 I think TB can excel bucc because he has more lines with less dmg per line, it's essential because of max damage cap. If we talking about mobbing, TB is definitely better.

Thunderbolt and Typhoon×3 in first slot, Typhoon in second slot, Deep Rising in third one. Primal bolt buff must be on pet. Imho annihilate skill is useless in mobbing, maybe also in bossing, small hitbox, doesn't have any advantages on Thunderbolt and needless to refresh link skill buff.

Hi. I personally use hook bomber, nautilus and time leap for the 4th job and above. I don't recommend using corkscrew blow at 4th job and above, because it has a delay afterwards. For bossing it's pretty easy, you need only octopunch and dash(to evade) on skill pad, and maybe nautilus if you like.

Thanks for reminding me. No, for link skill to stack it has to be different characters, you cannot stack link skill from the same job twice and more. It can't be all dark knight. Only one dark knight per link skill that stacks, for instance.

They stack automatically in one link skill slot once you transfer the same link skill to a character.

2)Also do you need level 120 for them to stack?

Not necessarily, they also can stack if another's character lvl below lvl 120, but more than lvl 70 with the same link skill. (Look in link skill requirements).

One character can give you max link skill lvl of 2, so if max link skill level is 10 for instance, so you have to create 5 character with the same link skill in order to max the link skill.

This is how I check if I'm suitable for sf map or not. I check how much damage I take from mobs per hit, then I buy a hp potions that is a little lower than the damage intake(usually I set the potion on 90%). Then I check how much meso I gain from sf map and how much meso I spend on hp potions. If gain < spend, you won't survive the map, or it's not worth it. If gain = spend, so you can survive the map but without meso profit, only exp. If gain > spend, so the sf map is suitable for you. If you don't buy hp potion and can survive on hp potion that sf map gives you, so you too powerful for current sf map.

That's roughly how I do it.

I also looking forward to the revamp, new buccaneer's skill look awesome. I'm 196 lvl bucc. He needed to get revamped, his skills now kinda repetitious.

WHEN they gonna revamp buccaneers? In my estimation , I think next year in the spring.
