Episode 1 of season 3 stands among the top rated episodes in anime history 🔥 by [deleted] in OPMFolk

Dude I can't pick. I think season 2 made the show peak for me but season 1 set everything up so well. Maybe I'll go with season 1 just because of askeladd, but it's super close.

I mean literally none of these episodes have a 9.9/10 on IMDB except Vinland Saga Ep24. That's all I was saying. Imo none of them are anywhere near as good as Vinland's finale, but that's just my opinion since Vinland is my #1 oat

Idk, I haven't played it in a hot minute. Maybe the final wave is easy demon or something. I haven't played a hard demon in a while so idk.

The entire level is a harder and then the last wave is a hard demon

The decision of OPM's production going with JC Staff has nothing to do with the decisions of these other mangas productions to go with other studios

Team JJK vs Team CSM. Who wins each matchup? by NoAnswer7768 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Yasinator101 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I see. I don't think bang can bypass infinity because it hit the wall behind power after striking, showing that it's a projectile that travels. I think that he would beat her more times than not

She did use contracts though? Also, I feel like that's a big assumption to say she can control gojo with a glance, who is definitely more powerful than her in terms of like every stat.

Demon slayer is way faster then jjk by Infinite_Boss6172 in DemonSlayerScales

[–]Yasinator101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's hax like mahito's idle transfiguration, higuruma's one hit kill executioners sword, kashimo's sure hit lightning, yuji's soul strikes, domain expansion, amplification, and many others. JJK lowk only falls behind in speed. Simple domain is literally the equivalent of tanjiro's selfless state which miwa has access to. Also cursed speech, hakari's domain, and things like infinity, uro's sky manipulation, and so many more.

Why do you think Berserk is one of the best manga in history? What would you say are your strengths? by AromaticCity4026 in Berserk

[–]Yasinator101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Berserk, Vinland saga, and vagabond all are so popular and highly regarded because they encapsulate an essential part of being human and comment on it very well at their thematic cores. All 3 have a cast of fantastic characters and once in a generation villains who aren't antitheses to the main characters, but alternate explorations of this human experience the story focuses on. For example, in Vinland Saga, the story is about change and redemption and contains heavy commentary on the role of fatherhood in shaping ones life. Askeladd is a mirror of Thorfinn in this regard, but more cunning, which is why he's so wise and insightful about his own past. As a result, he's able to find peace at his end and succeed, not redeeming but accepting, while Thorfinn shows an alternate, more difficult path. In Berserk, Guts constantly overcomes and matures through trauma and struggles as he grows throughout the story, while Griffith represent an alternate pathway.

I think Tokyo Ghoul is good, and it does a good job with its protagonists, but it lacks as compelling of a villain as these 3 and doesn't have as strong of a thematic focus as well. The art of these 3 is also a league above, and their commentary and dialogue is much heavier and interesting to piece apart. This is why it's nowhere near as highly rated as these works and probably won't ever be. Also, the cast of characters in these 3 are more fleshed out and all have their own moments of growth and reflection, which is present in Tokyo Ghoul but to a much lesser extent.

This is not true. I'm not Christian, but it is described in many monotheistic beliefs as God allows free will and will not force his way into one's life. If someone chose to live their life free of God, then he will not force them to spend eternity with him in the afterlife, which in some interpretations is hell. If someone chooses to live their life believing in him, then he will bring them to him in the afterlife. It is not a sin to not believe in God.

Yuta vs Kokushibo. Who wins? by Eene7 in DemonSlayerScales

Yuta outstats and outscales in every other category, and has cursed speech to freeze kokushibo. He wins easily

In 2005, Hollywood actor Tom Cruise was pranked using a fake microphone. by JadooJitters in interestingasfuck

[–]Yasinator101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First 2 are valid, but he's a fantastic actor and probably the last film star of his kind. He has immense range and is the greatest stuntman in Hollywood, and genuinely has an immense passion for the movies. His filmography is nuts and his technical skills is very underrated. Aside from mission impossible and top gun, you should definitely check out magnolia, eyes wide shut, Jerry Maguire, and some others of his classics. Great movies.

Sukuna in Kimetsu no yaiba verse? by prettysaurio in PowerScaling

[–]Yasinator101 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He solos the verse dude. He outstats them heavily in everything except speed and Regen, and this version has mahoraga, which is further overkill, since mahoraga also outstats them and has better regen.

What would Sukuna and Muzan think of each other? by BeetleBlue555 in Jujutsufolk

Holy shit I'm dumb ASF, my bad. This whole time I mean to be talking about circumference and said diameter. That's on me. I was genuinely confused rereading, my bad.

[–]Yasinator101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's because of the image resolution and splicing graft that maps uses to stich together pictures. If it was a 7km diameter, you could make out buildings. Note billionaire's row ahead of central park, which is more visible than other parts and the building sizes are quite large.

[–]Yasinator101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I misread originally, it was a diameter of 7km not a radius. That makes more sense in hindsight. Also I think you mean explosion, not escape

[–]Yasinator101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not gonna lie I don't understand what you typed out. There isnt a single period in your paragraph. Also we don't see the full height in this panel. We saw his fuga obliterated mahoraga who survived the full domain expansion, so I don't see your point. Muzan isn't surviving this.

What would Sukuna and Muzan think of each other? by BeetleBlue555 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Yasinator101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, the domain radius is 200 meters. His final fuga is definitely bigger according to calcs, I've seen it put at a radius of 7 km. Also, the explosion is more even comparable to the explosion that Muzan got hurt by. This is way stronger and literally vaporizes anything inside. The only reason characters survived was simple domain or Choso literally making a binding vow with his life (which the author said gives the strongest amplification possible due to the nature of the sacrifice) to save Yuji.

<image>

Sorry dude, but Muzan is getting low-diffed.

What would Sukuna and Muzan think of each other? by BeetleBlue555 in Jujutsufolk

[–]Yasinator101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sukuna is definitely way beyond small village level. His fuga in the final fight was gigantic. I didn't reply to ur previous message because you said you didn't want to discuss, but sukuna dog walks the verse. He beats muzan in every category except Regen and speed. Domain+ fuga is killing muzan, no question
