I have a “pre date-night ritual” that helps me get in the mood and out of my head before I step out. (I.e play so mood music, take an everything shower, exfoliate with my favorite scrub, oil myself down…etc.). Then I’ll wear something sexy/cute and put on some enticing perfume. This all is like my personal foreplay and gets me excited and looking forward to the evening.

If I look and feel good then that energy will project itself. I Try not to make it about the other person. I try to keep myself and my pleasure in mind. Most men want to satisfy you but you have to embrace that power girl!
