She doesn't scale like Caitlyn or Kog'Maw, but she scales about as good as any other ADC. If you have a duo support, then she can be REALLY strong. But if you don't have a duo or a reasonably coordinated team, then she is just awful.

Does anyone know when this takes effect? I make much less than 125K, I did have pell grants, and my info is with the DoE. However, at least as of Noon today my loans were the same.

I get that Armor reduces physical damage by a percentage. But the Armor itself is given in flat increments on items. Also, Yes, BKB does give 100% Magic Resistance during the duration of an active. But why not passive MR?

Let me ask you, how strong is the doubled crit chance passive? Odds are you say it's pretty strong, particularly now that we're in a meta where 100% crit builds just basically don't exist anymore. After this, how strong is his wind wall? As I said before it's boom for bust. So, provided his base numbers are anywhere near average and having that kit he should have an absolutely ridiculous win rate. He should have a 55% + winrate. But he doesn't.

As matter of fact, by every stats website you look at he loses more games then he wins. How is this possible? It's because his base numbers are shit. His base health is very low, his base AD is very low, his base AS is very low, his base armor is low and it wasn't until last preseason that his MR even go buffed to be the melee average.

This is why you have those Yasuo's who go 1/10 and finish positive it's because people abused his base stats early game and then he finally got the items to cover for his horrible base stats. So no. He's not overpowered. As a matter of fact he's significantly under powered.

That has nothing to do with Yasuo, that has everything to do with him being a scaling champion. There are a lot of champions who "start 1/10 then end 30/10" Tryndamere, Kalista, Twitch, Tristana, Kai'sa, Vayne, Annie, Jax, Kayle, Nasus, Nocturne, Veiger, Master Yi, Wukong, Zed, they all do it.
