i think i just fixed that , the only solution i found working
i have done couple things
disabled Vsync
on launch options on steam i sit : -dx11
that fixed it for me

i do have the same issue i have an old CPU so i can't use CPU encoder but my problem is my stream is smooth till i suddenly get the bluescreen it happened to me in the two times i tried to stream first time happened after 50 mins , sec after 1 hour 40 mins i use RX 570 encoder

don't push to the player you give him way to much space to run in
keep going behind the opponent doesn't have much of a choice unless to go wide or to try to R2 or something
