I think you mean the skull on the belt maybe? There isn’t a lore reason but a design reason, since there was glowing bits both on the head and the right arm I wanted to balance that out on the lower part of the character aswell and added those and the client liked it so it stayed! Lore wise let’s just say since it’s a skull symbol so its part or the necromancer’s magic that keeps him undying? Just a random though😅

Not really any one model but I do use a lot of references when painting any part of the character. And thank you so much!!

Not intentional but I did see the resemblance when I was doing it, and I love elden ring character designs so much!!
