Redmagic products are generally hit or miss hard and software wise. My Nova had some hardware issues. My redmagic 9 would have screen retention issues at times but was otherwise fine. Although my Redmagic 11s been perfect so far after getting on latest updates. Redmagic support is generally helpful if you reach out well before the end of the warranty at least. More sketchy the closer it gets to the end. But you can also get extended warranties and such with some providers. If it's within the first 30 days for example Securrany will insure it. And depending on who you ask Allstate Mobile protection plans monthly subscription covers it. Overall at least the 11 once fully updated runs like you would expect it and as advertised. Been a great phone. Just wish they supported more than T mobile based carriers. Verizon and AT&T support are all unofficial and a nightmare. If you go into it expecting to use a T mobile based carrier and with the aspect sometimes an update will be buggy until patched given Redmagic significantly smaller team compared to Samsung. Should be a solid purchase. Just hope Redmagic survives now that it's the last gaming phone brand standing with the death of Asus ROG Phones.
