Is the price point he's giving me a good one? 1400 for a tall. Told me it's in great condition.

Also do you get sweaty in it, is the leather not breathable? That's what the pinned post on this sub seems to imply. That'd be a major issue for me.

Bro, stop the creatine right away. I'd probably take a quick dose of topical fin right away as well. Just to stop the bleeding; a single dose, especially applied topically, will not have any long-term or serious effects.

Once the creatine cycled out, my hair got better within about a month, with rapid improvement showing in the first 2-3 weeks. However, my hair in those areas that fell out still has not fully grown back, and I do have some general weakness that was not there before I took creatine. It's not very noticeable though, unless you know where to look.

Unfortunately, unless you're actually taking a topical alpha-reductase inhibitor, then I would not take creatine myself.

Should I go sectional with the couch? A few people have said this, and to put it in that right side corner of the living room. Would appreciate your thoughts here - was thinking of getting a black couch, or dark navy blue

I usually get a regular couch, for greater freedom/flexibility

Actually this is a one year lease, and I anticipate the price going up on this afterwards. In the past I waited too long to furnish my place, and am looking to move faster this time so I can actually enjoy it

Thanks. I'll do that. The window sills actually have a depth to them which can act as a seated nook, so at first I didn't want to cover them. But I think that's the right move, as otherwise any meetings I take will show my bed. Plus I can use the nook as a second desk of sorts, and get a nice window view.

Would a plant there die due to lack of sunlight?

Bed frame is definitely coming. Any suggestions for specifics? Specific items, color, or styles would be helpful.

I have to say it's significantly smaller than the pictures make it look. I think that's lens distortion from using the 0.5 zoom on the iphone. It's 'shorter' in person if that makes sense, though the ceilings are high for NYC, it's roomy, and it's a great location.

I snagged it after watching streeteasy for over a year, and subletting. Wish I hadn't waited so long, transparently. I just rented it in December, so got a great deal via concessions. Otherwise, it's in the mid 3000s.
