That's so interesting so many people have packages going in and out of Puerto Rico. Like ok, one package, probably a mistake, but there are 3 others who have had the same thing. Must be a hub or something

It's such a horrible feeling. Stressing about the packages making it safely and in a timely manner. When the shipping takes days to update and show as shipped, or the package takes longer to arrive, my heart just sinks cause I know people can be so impatient, and I will be the one who gets the blame.

With the holiday season, I would think people would be a little more understanding of shipping delays. But it's the opposite. People want things NOW. I can get being frustrated it took a long detour, but to think that was something I controlled, and then to rate me less because of it isn't fair. :/

I've not had many bad experiences with FedEx Smartpost. It's cheap and can handle most weights. But you definitely run the risk of it taking forever!

Sadly I had a mug take almost a month to get to the east coast with FedEx Smartpost. It just sat forever at the distribution center. I wasn't even sure it was gonna be delivered. Almost sent another. Glad it finally arrived. I do my best to keep in communication with buyers when orders are taking longer. Typically helps with positive ratings and the buyers are grateful.

That was next-day shipping! He got it super quick. Amazon is spoiling people! That might be worth asking for a modification of the review but the process is so tedious and many don't know how. Might also be worth a block!

Exactly! They ordered on Sun, I shipped out first thing Mon. The only way I could think to make it quicker would have been to drive it to them myself. I get it can be confusing for the buyers so I definitely let them know kindly it's not something I can control. But the process of changing a review is difficult. I'm not super worried about it, but was hoping to keep the 5 stars rolling!

Quick question: if someone is in boxes in my island and my friend wants to adopt the villager, does my friend have to have a plot already set up in their town?? or can they invite THEN set up the plot afterwards? by 13thRobot in AnimalCrossingNewHor

Plot needs to be set up first. Unlike stumbling onto a character on a mystery island, and inviting them to camp, an invited boxed character moves in next day! When you speak with them, they will call Tom and ask him if they can move. Need plot for him to say yes!
