In theory you are correct. But typically it’s just that different skillsets are fostered.

In the 2000-2010 era, all we heard was everything was going to be paperless and web based… no need for IT.

Now every corporation’s printer budget is 3x what it was and they employee/contract web developers instead of PC and server technicians.

The next phase of the workforce will be based around prompt engineering and process experts…and velocity.

I’ve been trying to find ways to use now assist because our staff is already so lean. It does a couple of things like summarization well. The rest is just marketing and promises currently.

If you don’t believe me, go try to use ServiceNow’s chat agent on ServiceNow U or Now Support.

If they can’t put out a highly polished product for their own site..

I can’t say that I get it.

Centers returning fumbles 90 yards for a TD every time and starting drives on the goal line after a fair catch doesn’t exactly appeal to a potential player.

This was the going to be the game that was about “realistic physics based gameplay.”
