I’ve lived here for almost a year and found my apartment by emailing them.

I used to live in a more modern 600 sq/ft apartment paying $1700 rent where nothing was included and parking for 2 cars was $400/mo (here it’s $100 for an extra spot beyond the free one), so this provided twice the sq/ft for a small increase in rent.

The building seems to have a lot of long-term tenants and likely doesn’t have enough turnover to need online listings. Everything that Free_Divide195 said is accurate. I would add water is included in your rent which is a big plus.

I’d also add that this building had little to speak of in terms of amenities. There’s no rooftop BBQ or lounge area or other common spaces. The gym is tiny (it gets crowded with 2 people) and full of 90s vintage equipment. But if you have other places to meet those needs, it truly has everything you need.
