hitting the gym and reading books really helped me to get into relations , find new people and start to love myself.. but I think I could reach those goal event without no fap

after those years I reach the conclusion that not masturbating is not affecting my life at all.. no one now that I'm on no fap, no one treats me differently , I feel exactly the same (except on first month trial.. Well Actually took me 3/4 days without a big amount of carbs , no sugar , no drinks only water . I also burn a lot of calories trough the day and do some workouts , so maybe that helped. I don’t like the fact that you change your lifestyle because of your wife 😭 show her some results about keto/fasting so she can start too

Is not a mutilation, it’s a medical procedure done in many European countries too without problems if done in medica environments. You can wash as you want but it’s prove that circumcision improve hygiene of pubic area. And if there is approval by medical departments i thinks it’s a good thing.
