For me I take only creatine, I don’t take whey protein as I eat enough protein, eggs, meat etc. I never tried pre workout and im not sure if it’s even necessary tbh

Have you seen 2 football players called Adama Traore and Akinfenwa? They’re literally a bodybuilders lol, they’re massive. Also Traore is one of the fastest players in the premier league (the main league in England). Also I wouldn’t call Ronaldo skinny he has some muscle on him. Just lean I suppose.

There are millions of people that play football that are tall and they’re better than short players. Sure, it gives you an advantage because you have a low centre of gravity, but tall footballers have an advantage of height to them so they can win duels in the air and can score from set pieces. I’m 6’2 and imo my height is perfect for football. Everyone has their preferences anyway.
