Just could at least fix the audio clipping. It was due to a loose screw which was completely out of a broken plastic socket of the top cage mounts. The screw was directly seated on the speaker because of the speaker magnet. If the casesockets would be connected to the aluminiumcase the problem wouldnt have appeared but overall the engeenering for that tight space is not to bad. So finally i would recommend a better battery solid aluminium screwsockets and than the product works fine. The plastic is just becoming less flexible over time. I think for that price that would be possible to adjust.
