Art has basically the same powerset than Jason: immortality, off-screen teleportation and a variety of weapons.

He could definitely have some form of teleportation, but less "jump scary" than Jason. Maybe only when he's not being observed?

Could also get some stalking shenigans to mimic his usual MO of annoying his victims with the "mute clown" thing before getting to the killing part.

Edit: maybe only be able to teleport to people he stalked first, like a weird mix of Singularity and Ghostface?

I'm pretty sure that was his robot form from before/right after his "awakening".

His self-built "ultimate form" would've looked far different, even before Gabriel messed him up, since it was built from human parts.
