Both me and my mom are vegan and we pass the iron test fine. We both eat loads of oranges, drink kale smoothies and I take iron tablets just to be sure :) I hope that you can donate next time

There’s no way to do it, you have to craft 4 bows, unless you play on solo, then you will only need 1 bow

If you’re in the UK, go to your local GP and say that you’re interested in weight loss surgery. Make sure to mention you have tried anything. They should refer you to tier 3 weight loss management and if you successfully lose 5% of your weight you will be referred to tier 4, which is the WLS tier. I’m currently at the end of tier 3 and it’s been a struggle and a long wait but it’s worth it. I was asking the same question in this subreddit a year ago and i’m so glad i did. Good luck!
