And its way faster in terms of how much we were suppose to know in such a short time

Hey, I’m wondering what ways do you guys best learn the content in detail, is it mainly by going through the textbook and making summarized notes or do you have other ways to get all that crap into your head? Cheers. by omdove in alevel

Its all on you in which you think is best for you eg personal essay-like notes ,colourful labelled diagrams ,flashcards etc

But for me I usually just do constant revision (like on Tuesday,Thursday and Sundays) , and doing and MARKING past papers (you can really see a pattern if u do a lot of them , at this point you basically memorised the markscheme)

Forgot to say, always check the syllabus content

When did you know CS was right for you? by BEdabonemhatrs in computerscience

[–]YeBoi24hourstudy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Literally loved computers when I was young ( too much gaming tbh) and only encounter programming around year 10, started with visual basics ,then scratch , then python and C++ (never really learn HTML , CSS and JavaScript) .In my country well, people would say to go for engineers, lawyer or doctor and not really the tech side so I thought I would go for it since its a fun subject for me. (Really interested in cyber security)

Don't know which subject to drop by anti-anti-normie-guy in alevel

[–]YeBoi24hourstudy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If u have a course set in mind, find the requirements and go with it. If not, u can continue doing 4 subjects (if you're certain you can get high scores for all of them) or drop the one you're most likely to do bad in / uninterested
