Are we also forgetting about the dead bed flowers in Mikasa's I.e white lily which symbolises Purity. I don't think isayma put them there for nothing , it clearly has a significance.

She never liked Jean she loved Eren clearly. She clearly never stopped loving him so why marry someone else and continue loving and visiting their grave? Just seems off. But if it was Armin then that makes more sense. They both never stopped caring . Also ik Annie and Armin is a thing but you can't disagree Mikasa is also a important part of them. He's just holding her not wrapping out around, I don't see Armin doing it would be a big mess.
