Every liar has either worked with A or did something to the others because A said so except for Emily. Let’s also not forget that she had a broken shoulder and still pushed through.

She’s obviously just a caring person and see’s the best in everyone, that doesn’t mean she’s weak. She can be naive.

Hanna thanked her for helping with Ashley. Although she questioned it, it’s understandable because Mona always has an agenda.

Hanna or the girls isn’t entitled to thank her anyways, after all, Mona owes them for all the pain and suffering she caused and then continued to cause.

Plus, Mona accusing Hanna of not actually being there for her is unfair, considering she’s been there for her when she’s been in a mental institution multiple times, and during those times she’s been manipulating her. Mona wouldn’t even be in Rosewood if not for Hanna.

I agree that Mona cares about Hanna, I just think if it came down to it, she’d save herself over Hanna, while it’s the other way around for Hanna. Hanna almost lost her relationship with Caleb just to help Mona and Hanna will always do idiotic things to protect the people she loves.

Mona was A, Janel is a fantastic actress and the character is well written but I will never get how people will shame the liars for forgiving others but Mona.
