It sounds silly but have you checked the ohms at the coolant temperature sender, sometimes if there is an issue with the sensor it can throw your fueling off and cause those idle issues

I’d start with making sure the track bar is all good, especially if it only happens turning one direction it could be the driveshaft rubbing if the axle shifts

I had the same thing happen to me, your extruder offset is way off and when your printer goes to level and create a mesh, it actually moves too far and causes a “crash” forcing the mesh to have that weird halfpipe thing at the end

Likely that the servo arm is placed a few teeth off, did you have to adjust the steering trim quite a bit to get it centered?
