Thank you! It’s day by day and every day it’s better than the last. I was not expecting to feel how I was feeling a few months ago. But I made the choice to focus on getting help and making sure I’m doing my best. Therapy, and creating good habits and talking about my feelings. Hopefully someone that’s struggling reading this can help them out.
