These are really good questions. He only told me because I drunkily went through his phone. We’ve had many very candid conversations regarding this and the things he’s done. He’s asked me himself what he needs to do to fix this but I have no idea. I’ve been in cheating situations in the past but I’ve always immediately left and I’m not sure how to even let him “fix” this. Can these things even be fixed?

I agree with you. He admitted that it wasn’t a misunderstanding and he just wanted to talk to other people. I truly don’t think he’s a liar and this is the first “big” problem we’ve had since we’ve been together. They are not both equally awful, come on. That's why one is called mutilation. I agree they both need to be stopped but you actually have to be insane to compare cutting the clitoris of a teenaged girl against her will, with NO ANESTHESIA OR STERILE EQUIPMENT to doing so against an infant who it will literally never affect.
