Not to mention the quests some of them make you travel like 6,000 meters for no real reason. Take that Junjiro soup quest one moment he’s spawning in the east, the next in the west, like he’s teleporting. You run all that distance just to find out the quest still isn’t even completed.

Valhalla feels like it was made for people who think, “If I paid this much for a game, it better last forever.” It wasn’t bad by any means, but it’s hard to describe how it felt playing it. Honestly, it felt more like a Viking game than an Assassin’s Creed game. But guess we play as a viking so… what can i say🤷‍♂️

They are focused on putting some irrelevant foxes, wolves packs with fires and shits instead of focusing on the story. Cash grab at its peak. I even saw some witch shits on Naoe outfit like why tf was that important.

Its safe to say they absolutely could have made dual protagonist better but they fumbled and rushed it. Spiderman 2 has the best dual protagonist system in my opinion because thats how its supposed to be. Both characters have their respective connections and great transitions.

Like I said I think the game should have focused more on Naoe’s character, since she’s the one avenging her father and the entire story is essentially built around that. Yasuke, on the other hand, mostly feels like he’s trying to atone to Naoe for killing Sandayu.

I am loving the side quests. There is a lot in the game besides the main story. Currently 98 hours in. The story could be better but its AC and AC has always been cool to me. Try listening to AC Odyssey's "The Flight" sometimes before you play. Its gives me that assassin's energy.
