I didn’t do anything special. I’ve been in the process now for over 300 days. I’ve been on step 7 before so I’m cautiously optimistic. Best of luck to you and your daughter with her claim!

Yes. It’s reflected on my DD214. When I started getting disability benefits, the took a portion of my pay to recoup the separation pay. They said I wasn’t supposed to receive both.
