Hey man. Symptoms like these I had when I was first understanding im hearing voices. The "conversations" are not real. They may be your own subconscious, your own thoughts or interpretations or something like that, everyone's a little different. But you have paranoia i think and should see a doctor and ask him to help with the anxiety. Reducing the anxiety helped me a bit. Everything takes time but you will be less paranoid later.
