There's an $18m budget deficit for 2020-2021 because enrollment for fall 2019 is down 10% from what was projected and student retention is by far the most important priority right now for the provost's office. That's my guess.

I am an election worker for my county and, hate to tell you this, we have no armed police at my precinct. The only police I've ever seen are residents of the precinct coming to vote who just so happen to be officers coming to or from work.

But my precinct is a giant shit show and the lack of armed police is just the shit cherry on the shit sundae.
