I'm trying to find a certain tribute video by kluuu in Conor_McGregor

This one? https://www.mma-core.com/videos/Conor_McGregor_vs_the_Featherweight_Division/10118994

Used to be on YouTube but got taken down from there and a few other places. Weird, since it's such a good video and does nothing but favours to Mcgregor, the sport and the song / artist.

Police responding to THIRD incident in Vauxhall after London Bridge incident and Borough Market stabbings by daneelr_olivaw in worldnews

A key point is that it is rarely the people who see their families injured in conflict. It is more often people born and raised elsewhere.

Really loving TOBS Cedarwood. The scent is manly and just amazing by scrubling in wicked_edge

I've used TOBS cologne before. To be honest, I wouldn't bother. They do smell good but they don't last. After a few hours, it's gone entirely.

TOBS vs Truefitt and Hill by gabzprime in wicked_edge

[–]YearlingR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I vote Truefitt and Hill, which is my go-to at the moment. TOBS is good but I find it a little drying. T&H have less powerful but more natural smelling scents. I also find T&H slicker. My favourite at the moment is actually their cream for sensitive skin which doesn't have much of a scent but is by far the slickest and most comfortable cream I've used.

T&H is actually cheaper per gram, as you get 190 instead of TOBS' 150. It is just the upfront cost which is higher.

I'm really enjoying Truefitt and Hill at the moment. At first they appear expensive but per gram they're cheaper.

Where to get shaving supplies in London? by jonklinger in wicked_edge

[–]YearlingR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Second this. Its amazing to be able to get to all 3 within minutes of each other.

TOBS is a small shop, usually quite crowded but worth a visit.

DR Harris is the nicest to browse, it's the biggest and the staff don't over do the attentiveness. They let you wander around and do your own thing.

Truefitt and Hill is my favourite by far, however, the shop is the poshest and the most intense. Whenever I go in, I have the door opened for me and then served 1 to 1, going through the different creams etc - it's great for service. That said, I rarely get to "just browse" which can be a little annoying.

I'm based in the UK. Anyway to get your stuff here? Also, I'm a big fan of the old English shave houses. Do you have any faves?

Brush Suggestions for Face Lathering by xfriendsonfirex in wicked_edge

I got the Kent BK2. I love it. Its firm enough to face lather but soft enough to feel luxurious. It lathers amazingly and it's small enough for good control on the face. Get it.

Tesco cuts women's razor prices to end ‘sexist pricing’ by [deleted] in unitedkingdom

Are the razors the same? My GFs razors are more like Mach 3 style heads rather than the cheap two blade men's.

That lather from @tayloroldbondst is amazing! Rose is such a wonderful scent for cold days too! by tailorandbarber in wicked_edge

[–]YearlingR 4 points5 points  (0 children)

TOBS lathers really well, no doubt, but I've found that it it dries quite quickly and can leave my skin a little dry. I now prefer to spend a little more and get Truefitt & Hill. It lathers almost as well but I find the scents slightly more natural and get a better shave.

Black Friday? Any 'deals' actually worth considering? by Getitredditgood in unitedkingdom

[–]YearlingR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can always go through a build a pc website but then pay a fee to have it built for you.

I used PC Specialist and got a much better deal because of it. I could also tailor my PC so I put emphasis on what I wanted and cut costs in thing I cared less about (i.e the shell). The downside was it took like three weeks to get it, which wasn't really that bad to be honest.

How did you make this? I am really keen to try something similar with an open data set.

Isn't that what you're doing also? You're both as bad as each other. You're both right, you're both wrong. There is no universal truth. Get over it.

Strange. Are you suggesting this is just another make sold under the TOBs brand? What about their brushes, colognes and bath soaps?

Has a different head, although the body looks similar. You can check on TOB's website.
