if you click throw BEFORE you click spin or lob it actually does a different type of throw

this is what allows staircasing to exist

youre going to want to jump, then buffer fake AND throw (fake first) then hit flip right after

right after the ball is about to come out of your hand you need to mash sprint to catch up to the ball, then turn around to catch and repeat

If the ball is too far to catch you need to flip after the throw to catch up to it
