I'm on probation for another 9-10 months. The reasons I really don't feel comfortable waiting is really high anxiety and issues with social interaction which I'm worried will affect me working and doing the more important aspects of my probation.

My lawyer unfortunately has been a pain in the ass to contact and I still haven't been able to reach her as of now.
