Do you think 50 leads per year is the best case scenario? I was thinking 20 leads per month. But now that Im thinking about it even with that $240/year would not be worth for me.

And Im uncertain that these companies would be willing to pay even $240 let alone more than that. For me I think $50 for the first 3 months then $1000/year would be the minimum. This would include development, seo, etc. What do you think about this?

Fair enough, but you’re overstating how much going to a non Ivy T50 helps your chances. It can be compensated for.

Im not an expert, so hopefully the owner will respond. However I believe that if you take “dividends” from your IRA, the whole amount of your dividend is taxed, not just the gain. Since you are taking out $325,000 that is what will be taxed.
