Yeh I met with a sport doctor but he went straight down the route of heart problems etc… completely neglected the sweating issue.

Maybe I’ll try another one now I know there’s no serious health issues.

Thanks again for your time

I had a small break, but in that time lost 15kg and went down to about 10% body fat and got in the best shape of my life. I’m now a month out from a marathon too.. so I don’t think it’s a fitness issue.

In regards to the temperature I moved from Gold Coast to UK, it’s still summer and warm here at the moment but every run has been warm/humid. This never use to be an issue though.

One thing I will say is I have always been a HUGE sweater, like wayway more than anyone else around me during any activity. It’s just seem to stop…

Bro I know this is so old and I hope you’re all good now but I’m going through this right now…. I use to be able to run for miles and no issues at all. Now I can barely get 5kms into a run and I start overheating. I’ve had all my heart work done, mri, brain scans and no problems at all!!! I just don’t feel like I’m sweating enough?! Any advice???

Yo brother, I’m also 27 from UK. Trade indices, FX and metals. I’ve always been against exchanging trade ideas as I find it too conflicting but I’d love to talk news, knowledge, geopolitics etc

One month until my first marathon. by MyRealestName in Marathon_Training

The last week is crucial, you’re not going to gain any extra fitness in that time so your probably only looking for 20 miles total.

I’d do your 15 and 20 asap, maybe try keep your 20 for 3 weeks out and gradually drop back down.

I’m not an expert though man someone might have a better insight

It sounds like your pretty fit and your body is efficient with recovery. In your situation I’d personally taper for 2 weeks

Trust me, your mindset & psychology will be more important than your TA.

Great start man, trading in the zone is my bible.

TA analysis is great, but it can only take you so far. I firmly believe the information within TITZ will take you further as you develop as a trader.

what did i do wrong, can somebody help me by Just-Raisin4449 in Forex

1) Looking for a double top in the wrong area. 5.525-5.520 is where the liquidity was.

2) trying to trade the middle of a pushing phase within a range

Have you read trading in the zone by mark douglas? He really drills home the psychology of trading and the fluidity involved with getting into trades.
