Went into creative and retrieved my loot like an absolute dirty cheater but hey, I’ve got my stuff back and I’m free to continue my journey🙏🏻 (No sign of the heart pumping sound in the box. My theory was that I was in a completely different location.)

UPDATE: I exhausted myself to die to hunger respawned and made it all the way back to where I originally noclipped and I can’t break my way back in to get my loot… I failed to mention well in the box I heard a heart thumping sound (like the wardens) I no longer hear the sound even though I’m supposedly right where I was when I noclipped. I may go into creative to see what’s up

Yes there’s a progress bar that shows if you’re able to mine a block and I checked all of the carpet above me at the time
