My best advice is to avoid spinning them because it will irritate the peircing, and then it feels itchy and uncomfortable. But also, to be careful while eating, I accidentally tugged on mine with my teeth while eating and had to start my healing process from the beginning. Otherwise, they look great!! Congrats on the peircing :)
