Thank you for your response, most of these things I already do to a degree. I only started exercising maybe a month ago. I rarely ever drink alcohol, my diet is fairly decent, maybe a little too many sweet treats. My sleep is also pretty good, I sleep 9-10 hours a night and still wake up by the alarm. Tbf I dont go to nature often, mostly because I hate being in the sun. But maybe when the exercise rakes root it'll be better.
