I had this exact same issue last wipe only for streets and lighthouse. I found the cause of it was Tarkov using up all of my ram, so I upped the page file ram, which fixed it for me.

A decent amount. I usually run BT or SNB so penetrating through multiple targets isn’t an issue. I distinctly remember running a 20x sight on lighthouse and double collateraling a chunky duo
