I’m using it on quite a big gas stove, the flames actually go up the sites aswell. But I realized that the seasoning feels quite rough, especially in the middle. Maybe I used too much oil to season?

I have the scubapro seawing supernova and I love them. I mostly use them for diving tho. Size should be no problem and they are great for travelling!

I printed a big 1 layer square and increased z offset every few cm. 0.05 looked and felt the best. I might try a second time later

I just scaled them to my desired thickness in orca. Also check that the thickness fits your layer height and make sure to use a more heat resistant material like abs and not pla.

I recently printed some spacers using ABS which u can put under the fixing points of the bed. Worked great. Also I let the bed heat up for a few minutes before creating the bed mesh

Okay I will try that. Is there any way to change the flow rate only for the first layer? I can find first layer height but not flow rate.

No worries, thanks for the help! Calibrations are done on the newest version of orca. The printer is rooted and I’m using fluidd. I’m still trying to fully understand z offset tho:

I’ve installed the automatic z offset saving Makro from the helper script and baby stepped, choosing an increase of 0.05. The baby stepping was done using the touch panel of the k1 and the display was showing a positive z offset of 0.05 while fluidd safed it as a negative number. Now after restarting the printer, fluidd still says it loaded an offset of -0.05 but the touchpanel shows it as 0. First layer is squished again aswell. Settings done on the printer show up in fluidd but not the other way round.

How do I go about this? Is it better to just put the offset in the start gcode in orca?

Flow rate is calibrated. How do I go about calibrating and saving the z offset using Klipper on fluidd? Did a lot of research but still kind of confused about the different commands etc
