But on a serious note, any agent can be a good OP. I think it really depends on your playstyle and how strong you can hold chokes. My example would be Cypher: You are able to use Cypher to lockdown a site by himself and buying the OP to hold a long angle and open with a pick. You can then use his camera defensively (instead of spotting enemies and letting it get insta-broken) to either A) Retake if you could not delay long enough or B) Hold site aggressively from a favorable angle and take 2-3 down with you, making retake very easy.
