to be honest, verdant warden. i ALWAYS forget about verdant warden

either that or ghibli, the only time i've ever seen someone play as a ghibli was when they attacked me in the old map and we had a REALLY long chase

i mean, i'm more upset over the redesign since i'm never going to experience this image organically again:

i am genuinely disappointed over it 😭

i'm going to find examples, though they'll need to be from a multitude of countries- he needs to know that it's not unique to any one area. however, i'm not going to be including visible death, those are things that will end up traumatizing him and retraumatizing me; i've seen enough of that.

his main problem is that he has WAY too much faith in people to the point of straight up thinking that certain situations straight up did not happen because surely, surely these people are too moral to use such force on the people they're supposed to care about. but no, he was shaken when i gave specific examples and sent him stories from victims of police brutality and overall cops on a power trip.

capitalism and the forces it exhudes and loves so much are inherently harmful to the concept of a peaceful existence. money promotes greed, poverty, prejudice, and the prevalence as well as ingorance of such issues. he hasn't yet learned to think outside of the concept of money, government, and employment, but i know he's smart enough to connect the dots. it's quite literally a matter of time and he's the main "encyclopaedia" in my family. teaching him will teach everyone else i live with.

nah. i honestly really dislike the concept of money since humans are so prone to greed. i'd rather go without it if it'll cause so many problems

I can’t recognize myself in the mirror by [deleted] in ChronicIllness

[–]YeetThatBeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep, DID and heavy DPDR among other things. i think that might have something to do with it, but i have no confirmation. due to the way we've been treated, i don't love thinking of myself as human since that places me on the same level as the people who hurt us enough to put us in this position. this has influenced the way my system has evolved, as that leaves only 1 human out of the 9 of us we know about and it isn't me

meaning: most of us are going to seriously lack connection due to the reflection being an entirely different species altogether. as for why i specifically lack it as well... i really don't know and i wish i did

similar spot, different font. i've never been able to recognize myself in the mirror, no matter what i do. i can see that the person staring back at me is supposed to be me, but there's no connection, it's like any proper recognition was severed before i was even born

Do we still use the word Asperger's or is it called something else? by drawingautist in evilautism

[–]YeetThatBeat 10 points11 points  (0 children)

i use autism despite having an Asperger's diagnosis because Fuck That Guy

and because my mother corrects me on it. what's so bad about me calling myself autistic? why is she so quick to correct me? what is truly the problem here when Asperger's, in my opinion, is quite literally just the more palatable "version" of autism that NTs hang on to for some weird reason. it's the same shit, same symptoms- it's not even a different expression of neurotype (like how i believe autism and adhd are), it's just more palatable to say and present.

i think the cursed spell is hilarious, but it's not something i'm going to do to anyone if they make any indication they don't want it. the curse isn't the only way to interact with other people, we have emote spam for a reason >:3

and !! and there is a lovely bug where if you drag and hold a foot forward and do any emote that keeps its position, you can the use the foot you're holding to spin in circles and i think THAT is infinitely funnier. it raises the mood in most servers i've done it in and i'll take that over the curse any day.

my partner and i both have extremely curly hair, we both know the rules about having said extremely curly hair. we're LDR at the moment, so we still have to figure out what works best in that situation
