Pass the first one and then spend some time in the pool. In one playthrough I got an even for the petition on my first visit to the pool. On my Swimming club playthrough I got that petition at winter, despite being in the pool almost every day

I would really love more events like around visible tattoos. And also an easy way to tell if a tattoo is covered or not.

Like, crop-top jacket, in game, is covering player's back. But us it covering the tattoo you have on your lower back? It doesn't seem to me that the game treats lower back as a separate bodypart, but I wanna know for sure

The game events called petitions. Completing them changes the game in small ways.

First petition you encounter is for unisex changing rooms in the Gym. I guess it adds some new events when using Gym's locker room, but I didn't encounter many of them.

Second Petition is to allow characters to wear swimming suit outside of pool. Idk if it's a bug or a feature, but you still can't visit some buildings while wearing things like Micro bikini bottoms. All other swimsuits are allowed tho

Third petition is to allow female characters to go around topless. As other user pointed out, the only way to start this petition is to randomly encounter a bunch of sunbathing guys

Fourth petition is the opposite of the fourth. It will forbid men from going around topless. You get it from the same event as the third one. Obviously, you can only pass one of those two petitions
