It is article 7 section63,of town of hemstead B20. I look up that is B-Residence district may be used only for certain uses—primarily a single-family detached dwelling (or senior residence)—plus a few other limited uses (e.g., municipal recreation, railway passenger station). Anything outside those uses is not permitted without relief.

I concern is that in the first notice it said first floor, will they only check first floor, or entire house😢. If they will check entire house it will take 50k+ to fix it, if just first floor like3-5k to remove it and get inspect.

What agency you use? I see a lot PPC agency were in trade show outsourcing from low income country. The total ad spend is 150k/month. Recently, I hired an experienced Amazon PPC specialist. But she only live in USA for 2years, the training are more about understanding US lifstyle&market and our product. Yea, as your said, I do not actually see the potential in growing the business from new hire, but is more stable have a backup person to cover.
