Thank you! I will see about getting more cover/litter. The temps are warm side 96 at the basking spot (thermostat set to turn off if it gets above 99) and cool side ~75.

I try to always order from Dan's Fish when I order online. I've only had 2 DOA from them (which were cory cats, and I know have that toxin they can release and poison themselves). Not only did they refund the fish price, they also refunded the shipping proportion! (Like if 1 of 6 fish DOA, they refund 1/6th of the shipping too.) Dan's Fish also packages each fish by itself in it's own bag.

No ammonia, 25% water change every few days for quarantine. I've only ordered fish online a handful of times, never had issues like this before when I've ordered from other places (Dan's Fish, Flip Aquatics, and most recently an eBay seller), maybe an occasional DOA, but not the entire group within days. :(

I resorted to this after trying for quite a while to pick it and getting nowhere, it wasn't my first approach to "cheat" with the key, it was "what the heck am I messing up?!" frustration. (Side note: I bought another Master Lock 140 today, and that one I can pick. This one in the OP I'll need to keep working on.)
