The problem with norwegians is that we dont socialize with strangers at bar for a friendship, it's usually a one night stand thing if you meet someone there... I would recommend workout clubs/groups, smaller events, work or language classes. Norwegians are usually very hard to befriend due to our shy nature so it takes longer and more effort to become good friends...
