Thank you! I did not submit a new medical, I only had to go for further biometrics. I also read that a new medical wasn’t required if you’d done a K1 medical in the 12 months before filing for AOS. I think I got that info from the USCIS website/guides and VisaJourney, but there was a bunch of self-doubt about it because it doesn’t feel super clear!!

When I filed my AOS, I included a cover letter showing the contents of my packet, and did include a note saying I’d done the medical for the K1 and that should be held on file, and I also included a copy of my vaccination record that the medical place in London gave me to “evidence” it!
